Independence Commitment

As TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş., which provides services as a third-party notified testing laboratory, we declare that we have no commercial partnership with or dependence on any organization to which we provide services. To protect the impartiality and independence of the services provided within TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş., the distribution of revenue by customer is assessed every year. Technical decisions concerning all services provided at TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. are kept free from all commercial, financial and other non-technical influences. All the services we provide are carried out on the basis of legal regulations and national/international standards.

TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. has an organizational structure based on the independence of the units making technical and administrative decisions from one another. It undertakes that administrative units will exert no pressure on personnel conducting technical work. In addition, key personnel who make technical decisions and conduct testing activities have given a written undertaking that they have no financial or non-financial connection with the organizations served, and will have none throughout their employment. During the service period, customers have the right to report doubts about employees’ impartiality, independence and reliability to the General Manager and request an investigation. The independence of TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. is monitored by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Turkish Accreditation Agency.

It is the responsibility of our management to ensure that TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. continues to function as an impartial and independent third-party notified testing laboratory and accredited testing laboratory within the framework of the EA2/17 guidance and the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
