Impartiality Commitment

As TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş., we declare that we will provide impartial service to all interested parties and our customers in all our activities, including testing and assessment and verification of constancy of performance activities. TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. is open to testing and assessment and verification of constancy of performance requests from all organizations operating within its scope of services/authorization.

We take the necessary measures to prevent our employees from being subjected to pressure for financial, political or other reasons. A detailed risk analysis concerning the organization’s impartiality has been carried out; following the assessments, the necessary measures have been identified and incorporated into the Quality Management System. Our quality system, financial structure and human resources have been organized and established to protect our impartiality, and are maintained with this understanding.

I declare and undertake to assess impartially all requests for tests to be conducted at TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş.; to keep laboratory employees’ remuneration independent of the number of tests they perform or the results obtained from them, giving no preferential treatment to any person, company or institution; to exert no pressure on the laboratory/personnel or influence personnel; to provide service impartially, acting in accordance with the requirements of the service; to prevent external pressures; and to inform personnel in the event of possible pressure.

All our employees, and even candidates for employment, are subject to conflict-of-interest risk analysis. No membership or similar institutional or individual relationship that could undermine the impartiality of or confidence in our services may be entered into. Our employees inform laboratory management when they encounter any conflict of interest that could undermine the principles of impartiality and reliability. Such notifications are handled with care, and the necessary measures are promptly implemented.

The impartiality of TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme A.Ş. is assessed through risk analysis, and any situation that could undermine impartiality is prevented before it arises. Additional measures will be taken, where necessary, as a result of the risk analysis. During the service period, customers have the right to report doubts about employees’ impartiality, independence and reliability to the General Manager and request an investigation. The independence of TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. is monitored by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and the Turkish Accreditation Agency.
