Before starting any testing or assessment and verification of constancy of performance activity, TEBAR Test Belgelendirme Araştırma ve Geliştirme Tic. A.Ş. classifies and codes samples so that the organization to which they belong cannot be identified, in order to keep customer information confidential. This ensures that technical personnel fulfilling the requirements of the requested service receive no information about the customer other than the name of the requested test and general information about the sample. Confidentiality is one of the most fundamental elements considered in our quality management system, in which customer information can be seen only at the signing stage of any report prepared as a result of the service provided. Customers’ reports containing the results of testing and/or assessment and verification of constancy of performance services, signed electronically under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, are sent only to the Customer by e-mail with the file locked, or in a sealed envelope upon request. This prevents results from reaching third parties. Copies of reports kept within the organization, all documents and records, and all information stored electronically are maintained in a manner that prevents access by third parties.
The principles of impartiality and confidentiality, among the most important requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard, are secured through confidentiality measures that prevent any records and information created and maintained within the quality management system from passing to third parties, and prevent access between customers and the technical personnel fulfilling the requirements of the requested service.
During customer visits intended to ensure customer satisfaction, all registered and unregistered rights that other customers wish to keep confidential are protected within the framework of the principle of confidentiality. Our quality system, human resources and infrastructure have been organized and established to protect confidentiality, and are maintained with this understanding.
